CV screening software that ranks and explains
Two hundred CVs for one role is a day of reading. JobQuisitor reads them against your job description and gives you back a ranked list with the reasons spelled out, so you spend the day on the people worth a call.
No card needed. Hosted in the EU.
How it works
- 1
Add the role
Upload the job description as a PDF, paste the text, or paste the posting’s URL. The must-have and nice-to-have requirements are pulled out for you to check.
- 2
Drop in the CVs
PDF or DOCX, as many as you have. Each one is read in full, not just the first page.
- 3
Get the ranked list
Within about thirty seconds the first scores appear. Every candidate gets a score from 0 to 100, with the strengths and gaps that explain it.
- 4
Read the top five
Candidates missing a must-have sink to the bottom and are marked as not a match. The ones who fit are at the top, with interview questions ready.
What you get
A score you can defend.
Each required skill is checked against the CV and the evidence is quoted back to you. A missing must-have caps the score, so nobody with a gap outranks a candidate who has it all.
Strengths and gaps in plain words.
Not a bare number: a short list of what the candidate brings and what they lack for this role, written for the hiring manager.
Interview questions aimed at the gaps.
For each gap, a question to ask and why. Record the answer and the score updates.
Your time back.
Four hours of CV review becomes about five minutes. The reading is done; the judgement stays yours.

Common questions
One that explains its ranking. JobQuisitor is built for teams of one to ten recruiters: upload a role and its CVs, get a ranked list with each candidate’s strengths, gaps and interview questions. It costs from €29 a month and the first role is free, with no card.
The job description is broken into must-have and nice-to-have requirements. Every CV is read in full and checked against each requirement, with the supporting evidence quoted. Candidates get a score from 0 to 100; a missing must-have caps the score, so the ranking follows the requirements you set.
CVs as PDF or DOCX. Job descriptions as PDF, pasted text, or the URL of the posting.
Yes. Teams in the UK, across the EU and in the US use it the same way. It is hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant and billed in euro.
Candidates who miss the must-haves are scored low and marked as not a match, so they drop to the bottom of the list. Nothing is deleted or rejected on your behalf; you decide.
Your first role is free: create an account, upload the role and its CVs, and read the ranked list. No card is needed.
